A loot council is a simple way to distribute loot in theory. A designated group looks at the loot that drops, looks at who wants it, and decides the best fit.  Sounds easy right? There are problems though since people’s perceptions, bias, and feelings are involved, it can turn ugly quickly.

One of the most basic things that can cause drama around any loot system is players not understanding it, or the raid leader not explaining it clearly.  So, before we look at some of the ways to minimize the drama cheap wow gold around a loot council let’s run through some basic loot council rules. I promise that if everyone knows the rules and understands them, you will have fewer issues in the long run.

Loot Council Rules
The first thing you need to know about a loot council is that it really should only be used when it is a full guild run.  Recruits that you are looking at are OK to be included, but not just any old PUG player.  The basics to running a loot council are as follows:

1 - The loot council should be made up of the raid leader and several guild officers. They should have access to a separate Vent channel or raid channel to discuss loot distribution.

2 - Raids are run with Master Loot on and one of the loot council is given control.

3 - When items drop from a boss, or an epic from trash, it is linked in raid and everyone that is interested speaks up. A last call warning is given from the loot council and then they leave to discuss it.

4 - The loot council then discusses who should get the item and why.  The things that should go into the decision are individual to your loot council but are generally:

The player&rsquo,cheap dvds;s time in guild
Their place in the guild, for example the main tank over an off tank
The improvement over their current gear
How often they attend raids compared to the others interested
How many drops they have gotten recently
Their other contributions to the guild
What is best for the guild
Main characters get preference over alts
5 - The gear is then given to the person that the loot council awards it to and the group moves on.

6 - No public complaints are allowed after distribution, all discussion must be with a loot council member.

You can make any rule changes to the standards that you want, but it is critical that they happen before a run not during a run.  If done cheap wow gold in the middle of a run, you are just asking for trouble and for people saying you are doing it to play favorites to someone. 

This brings up the point that while you can make the rules whatever you would like, you also need to make sure that they are fair.  If they are not fair and equal to everyone you are asking for trouble.

Something as simple as who gets which piece of gear can have dramatic effects on a guild.Because it is based on human decision at every step, it works best in a guild full of players that know and trust one another.  They also should have similar goals and not be ego driven. 

The ideal group to use loot council is a group of players that knows each other and wants to work as a group to get through and defeat new content.  While wanting to experience new content they also do not really care if they are personally 1st or 15th on the damage meters, or 1st or 5th on the healing meters, or if they are the main or off-tank is the ideal group for using loot council.

How to minimize drama
As with any loot system, or almost anything in the game, drama will ensue since people are involved.  There are several things that you can do to minimize drama though.  A few of the basic things to keep in mind are outlined below.

The simplest thing to reduce drama from a loot council is to make sure that everyone is on board with it and understands the end goal.  The end goal of a loot council is to distribute loot for the betterment of the guild.  Make sure everyone is clear on that.  Players need to understand that at some times that will mean one person potentially getting a lot of gear in a row, and at other times none. 

A good example would be if your guild lost a key DPS cloth player and replaced them with a known good player, but that player was under geared.  This could result in that player being given several of the next cloth DPS drops buy wow gold even though other DPS players wanted them and haven’t gotten a drop lately. Even though another player wanted it, it is better for the guild to have all their DPS functioning at a high level.  The gear may make a 15 DPS difference to your existing players,coffee mugs, but a 100 DPS difference to the new player. 

Even though loot council is not like a DKP based system and each piece should be given on the merit at that time,led lights, you really should also keep track of loot over time. Sometimes loot should be given to a player that is there all the time even though it is a small upgrade if they have not been given anything in a long time. It is very easy to forget that you haven’t given a certain player gear in 5 weeks, since you are dealing with 24 other players, however I guarantee that player will not forget.

Today I ventured into the Battlegrounds on my Druid using Blizzard’s new ‘Random Battleground Finder.’ The UI is very similar to the UI for the Random Dungeon Finder listing the additional rewards obtained by queueing randomly and allowing you to do so as an individual or as a group.
 
The queues on Vindication, my particular battlegroup, haven’t really been affected by the implementation of the random system which surprised me somewhat. I had been expecting much shorter queues since wow gold players would now be streamlined into games against each other rather than queueing for particular battlegrounds. Queues averaged around 6 minutes, which is the norm for whatever the ‘daily’ battleground used to be before the new system.
 
The drastic difference was the honor earned. For a win in Eye of the Storm as my random daily battleground I was awarded slightly over 6,000 honor, a huge increase from the old 1,400 that you could eke out in a really action packed win. This was factoring in the additional 3,700 honor now awarded with a win to the bonus honor earned from player kills (in this case boosting ~1,400 honor to more like 2,300). Requeueing would yield an additional 1, 862 honor per win and 621 per loss if done under the random system.The patch is probably coming tomorrow, make sure you’re ready!
Well, it’s basically certain at this point that World of Warcraft patch 3.3.3 will be live tomorrow after the usual Tuesday server maintenance. I’ve been covering this topic fairly heavily over the past few weeks, but I’ll give you a last minute checklist of big changes you should be aware of:

1. Random Battleground Finder - The new random BG finder tool will now be available,coffee mugs, it will put you into a battleground that has enhanced rewards and will also serve as your ‘daily battleground quest’ the first time it is done on any given day. The system apparently feels and operates very similar to the random dungeon finder, so pretty much everyone should be comfortable with the concept at this point. Battleground marks wow gold&nbsp,wedding dresses;have been removed with this change, so turn them in at your leisure because they are no longer useful!

2. Balances Changes - Nearly every spec of every class has been modified in some manner. Some of the changes were superfluous or small, including most of the changes made to glyphs. It’s worth taking a look at the 3.3.3 PTR Patch Notes to see exactly how your class has been affected, because it almost certainly has.

3. Dungeon Finder - The random dungeon finder tool has undergone some significant changes; players will no longer have a 15 minute ‘kick immunity’, so problem players can be removed quickly. The penalty for deserting a random dungeon party has also been increased from 15 minutes to 30 minutes.

4. Crafting Changes - Many recipes have had their requirements reduced, and some transmute style cooldowns have been removed. For example: Titansteel Bars no longer have a cooldown, their price should be expected to drop significantly. The Frozen Orb turn-in vendor in Dalaran will also be available, and will trade you eternal elements, Frost Lotus, Crusader Orbs and Runed Orbs for your Frozen Orbs.

There are also a few minor tweaks to several encounters and a few miscellaneous bug fixes. This isn’t a content patch, but it is a fairly large update so you can probably expect extended maintenance to the servers tomorrow.

This will have a marked achievement on the experience of new players that are trying to grind honor in order to get arena off-set pieces or trinkets. This process should now be much quicker and much less painless. All in all after spending a few hours using the new BG finder, I think that it is a vast improvement over wow gold the old system — it reduces the honor grind which was frankly excessive, and does away with the cumbersome marks of honor which can now be turned in for 185 honor a piece 10 at a time in a process painful of itself.
 
Players frustrated by low honor gains and slow queues should give the new system another chance, it really is a significant improvement.

Call me a traditionalist, but I love levelling.  It stems back to the old days in solo RPG games where getting through the lore and quests and to the end of the game was the reward. There were no end game raids, no group buy wow gold quests for max level, no gearing up.  When you were done with the story you were done with the game, you watched a nice end game clip and moved on to a new game.&nbsp,led lights; That to me is still the ultimate form of progression in a game, getting to the end of the storyline. 

Therefore you can probably tell that the things I will like most are levelling and raiding as they advance the story line the most in an MMOG.  However, there are many other components to progression in a game as complicated as World of Warcraft.  So let’s take a look at some of the many different means to progress through the game and how I would like them to play out in Cataclysm.

Another minor progression is the addition of two new races.  While not everyone will rush to the new race, and will not want to level a whole new character, some will.  Even those that don’t are likely to jump in and create a goblin or worgen just to see and explore the two all new starting areas.

Next up while levelling is professions.  Traditionally in WoW professions have not provided anything that you really need while levelling and are left by most players until they get to max level, then they go back and level professions.  Even then, many only provide a few top end items that are worth making, and those are generally BoE meaning you can just buy them from someone else.

My wish for professions in Cataclysm is that they become an actual benefit to players while levelling.  They should provide excellent pieces of gear for use while levelling so that players are compelled to work on it as they level.  In addition, all professions should have some form of large boost that you get when you maximize it at the level cap.  While there is a bonus to each now, I do not believe it is big enough that you can not go without it.  It should be big enough that players want to ensure they have it the second they reach the level cap.

Last of the basic progression methods is your gear.&nbsp,ugg boots; This is the one that seems minor but usually ends up taking a lot longer than levelling or anything else.  That is because you end up spending more time at max level on a character than any other level and once buy wow gold finished levelling Blizzard has to offer some form of upgrades to keep you in the game.

My wish here is that they slow it down.  One of the biggest issues with WotLK was that gear advanced too much between each raid.  Once you were in Ulduar there was almost nothing in Naxxramas that was useful, the same is true from Ulduar to ToC, and ToC to ICC.  This led to almost no one running old raid content.  The situation was further complicated by Blizzard continually upgrading the badges available from heroics.

This made it so that anyone that needed gear to raid current content never ran the old content, they simply ran heroics for badges instead.&nbsp,nfl jerseys; This was easy to do and got you the second best raid gear, without having to learn to raid.  It also meant that anyone could take a break from the game, and come back anytime later and be back up to current gear inside a week. There was nothing lost from being away.

Meta Progression: Non-character affecting
Ok, some of these affect your character a little through the gaining of gear.  However, that relates back to gear progression.  These viewed by them selves are just about your character and are essentially report card type items.  They have become a staple in WoW though and look to continue in Cataclysm.

The first and most common of the meta progression types is reputation grinds.  While reputation gives you something to do, it takes too long in my opinion.  The only things you gain from reputation are low level raid items and some enchants.  By the time you grind out the rep, you were far more likely to have gotten a better top level item from a heroic or raid.  It just seems that you take so long to grind out rep, that there is no real reward in the end. Blizzard should speed it up by at least twice, or keep it the same and provide better rewards.

Raid Progression, which is the only real place I like achievements, despite the fact that they are used to check if you know a fight. Tracking raid progression through an achievement type system is a decent idea, it allows you to know what you have and have not accomplished.  It does not however, provide any idea if a player has actually contributed in a fight, which is why I do not like checking for achievements, all it means is that the player was there when the boss died, not that they know anything.

Back to the basics though, I would like to see raid progression back to vanilla game level or at least BC level.  Let’s get back to raiding that is hard and progressive.  Let’s get back to raids that require several weeks of work to figure out the buy wow gold mechanics of a boss and be able to defeat him. WotLK raids were way too simple and guilds (even casual guilds) destroyed them way too soon after their release.  Even normal mode raids should take a while to get through, like 3-4 lock out periods. Let’s also get back to raids that are more thoroughly tuned so that you need a lot of gear from the previous raid before being able to have a chance at the next harder raid.

Камни и гнезда

О камнях следует рассказать подробнее, потому что это основной продукт ювелира, который нужен от него высокоуровневым игрокам. С выходом дополнения The Burning Crusade в игру были добавлены специальные предметы с гнездами (сокетами), начиная с 60 уровня и выше. Эти предметы тесно связаны с ювелирным делом и отличаются от обычных наличием гнезд, в которые можно вставлять камни, производимые ювелиром (это не единственный источник их получения, но один из главных).

Камни бывают трех основных цветов: красные, синие и желтые; а также трех цветов, являющихся их комбинацией: фиолетового (красный + синий), зеленого (синий + желтый) и оранжевого (желтый + красный). Гнезда тоже разделяются по цветам и бывают красные, синие и желтые. Если вы вставите в гнезда камни соответствующего цвета (камни с комбинированным цветом подходят для гнезд обеих составляющих цвета), то получите дополнительный бонус, который отображается в описании вещи. Однако никто вам не мешает вставлять камни в любые гнезда — бонус от самих камней вы получите, несмотря на отсутствие бонуса от их комбинации.

Кроме этого есть специальные мета-камни, которые предназначены для вставки в специальные мета-гнезда, которые бывают wow gold только в шлемах. Кроме этого каждый мета-камень имеет дополнительные требования для его активации. Таким требованием, например, может быть наличие определенного числа других цветных камней в экипировке персонажа.
